and every piece in casting is checked before being cleared
for glazing. |

glazing is done in a highly controlled environment. The
dry pieces are checked before sending for firing. |

| Stage
wise Checking has helped us correct our products and also to find
the root cause of the defect. We strive to remove the root cause rather
than the effect only. Further to this we also note down the causes
and train the concerned persons to be vigilant about the causes as
well. This systemises our QC. On the whole we have experienced that
our rejections decrease and overall production is value based with
maintainence of the volumes of production. |
